GENERAL HYDROPONICS NUTRIENTS

General Hydroponics nutrients brand can grow a multitude of plants. They’re loaded with all nutrients plant needs. Recently built infrastructure does not usually come with the option of growing potted or earthed plants. However, due to the stress-relieving factors associated with gardening and farming, as well as serving as an economical and healthy hobby, many people are taking up with the hydroponics grow options.

Simultaneously, food production in many countries that do not have enough soil resources has been mainly reliant on hydroponics and aeroponics. Hydroponics comes from a Latin word that means ‘working water’, and this is a science as well as an art of growing plants without soil. In the absence of soil, water supports the plant's nutrition as well as hydration and aeration.

Plants require sixteen kinds of nutrients categorized as macro-nutrients; nitrogen, phosphorus, potash, calcium, sulfur, and magnesium, and micronutrients; iron, zinc, copper, boron, manganese, molybdenum, and chloride among others. Water, unlike soil, lacks any of these nutrients required for plant growth, hence, we must provide all of these nutrients in hydroponic systems. The application of such nutrients within hydroponics is, however, limited due to the solubility of applied fertilizers in water. Therefore, hydroponics usually requires specially designed plant nutrition products.

If you are thinking about where to buy these specialized hydroponics nutrition options, then you do not have to worry because, at Johnny Genetix, we have a range of products to serve your needs. We also deal in gardening infrastructure, inputs, and technical information.

A multitude of companies offer nutrients for hydroponic and soil-less systems; however, General Hydroponics provides a variety of plant nutrients, which are easy to use, tailored according to plant requirements, designed especially for soil-less farming, and are easy to apply. It is worth mentioning here that these nutrients are equally good in soil systems as they are for hydroponics and aeroponics.

General Hydroponics nutrients offers multiple product ranges include FloraPro, Flora Series, FloraNova, Maxi Series, Flora Duo, CocoTek, and BioThrive.

General Hydroponics nutrients are well known by professional growers for having one of the best base and flowering formula’s for their price range.

FloraPro nutrients by General Hydroponics  is designed for commercial crops and includes FloraPro Grow, FloraPro Bloom, and FloraPro Calcium + Micros. FloraPro Grow contains macronutrients including those of nitrogen (9%), phosphorus (11%), potassium (19%), magnesium (3%) and sulphur (4%). FloraPro Bloom is the next product in FloraPro and contains the same nutrients as FloraPro Grow but at varying concentrations; nitrogen (6%), phosphorus (10%), potassium (21%), magnesium (4%), and sulfur (5%). The next product in this line is FloraPro Calcium + Micros, which contains nitrogen (14%), calcium (17%), boron (0.06%), copper (0.02%), iron (0.30%), manganese (0.09%), zinc (0.02%) and two chelating agents, namely ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and diethylenetriamine pentaacetate. All these products can serve as base nutrient options and can be applied initially.

The Flora Series nutrients by General Hydroponics   also offers three different products. particularly aimed at improving the reproductive stage of the plants. The first in line is FloraGro, which contains nitrogen (2%), phosphorus (1%), potassium (6%), and magnesium (0.5%). The next product in the Flora Series is FloraBloom, which is again focused on the reproductive growth of plants. It contains no nitrogen, but 5% phosphorus, 4% potassium, 1.5% magnesium, and 1% sulfur. Similarly, FloraMicro, the last product of this series, is a blend of macro-nutrients; nitrogen (5%), potassium (1%), and calcium (5%), and micro-nutrients; boron (0.01%), cobalt (0.0005%), copper (0.01%), iron (0.1%), manganese (0.05%), molybdenum (0.0008%), and zinc (0.015%).

Next up is the FloraNova Series, which includes two products; FloraNova Grow and FloraNova Bloom, which are blends of macronutrients and micronutrients. Both these products are aimed at providing quick and easy support for the plants. FloraNova Grow contains nitrogen (7%), available phosphate (4%), soluble potash (10%), calcium (4%), magnesium (1.5%), sulphur (2%), boron (0.01%), chlorine (0.01%), cobalt (0.002%), copper (0.01%), iron (0.1%), manganese (0.03%), molybdenum (0.003%), and zinc (0.02%), while FloraNova Bloom constitutes nitrogen (4%), available phosphate (8%), soluble potash (7%), calcium (4%), magnesium (2%), sulfur (2%), boron (0.01%), chlorine (0.01%), cobalt (0.002%), copper (0.01%), iron (0.1%), manganese (0.03%), molybdenum (0.003%) and zinc (0.01%).

The Maxi Series nutrients by General Hydroponics  involves two products, namely MaxiGro and MaxiBloom, and both these products are aimed at the flowering stage of the plants. MaxiGro contains nitrogen (10%), available phosphate (5%), soluble potash (14%), calcium (6%), magnesium (2%), sulphur (3%), iron (0.12%), and manganese (0.05%). However, it contains fewer nutrients, including nitrogen (5%), available phosphate (15%), soluble potash (14%), calcium (5%), magnesium (3.5%), sulfur (4%), and iron (0.1%).

FloraDuo nutrients by General Hydroponics  is constituted of two parts, A and B, and is focused on providing a variety of nutrients to meet plant needs from seed to harvest. FloraDuo A, for example, contains nitrogen (5%), soluble potash (6%), calcium (3%), and molybdenum (0.0009%), while FloraDuo B has nitrogen (1%), available phosphate (5%), soluble potash (4%), magnesium (1.5%), sulphur (2%), and molybdenum (0.001%).

Hydroponics mainly employs coconut coir, and CocoTek products especially target this material with two different formulations. While CocoTek Grow offers excellent resources for vegetative growth, CocoTek Bloom has all that is needed for the reproductive stage of plants. CocoTek Grow A is a mixture of macro-nutrients and micro-nutrients; nitrogen (3%), soluble potash (1%), calcium (5%), iron (0.1%), and molybdenum (0.002%), while CocoTek Grow B only contains the macronutrients; nitrogen (1%), available phosphate (2%), soluble potash (4%), magnesium (1%), and sulphur (1%). On the other hand, CocoTek Bloom A and B also differ in their constituents, and CocoTek Bloom A has nitrogen (2%), potassium (1%), calcium (4%), iron (0.1%), and molybdenum (0002%). CocoTek Bloom B contains nitrogen (1%), phosphorus (5%), potassium (5%), magnesium (1.5%), and sulfur (2%). CocoTek products are specially designed to bring out the full potential of coco coir.

The last product series is BioThrive nutrients by General Hydroponics  and contains two products which include BioThrive Grow and BioThrive Bloom. BioThrive Grow is especially designed for better growth of plant parts and contains nitrogen (4%), available phosphate (3%), soluble potash (3%), magnesium (0.5%), sulphur (1%), and molybdenum (0.002%). BioThrive Bloom, on the other hand, has nitrogen (2%), available phosphate (4%), soluble potash (4%), magnesium (0.5%), sulfur (1%), and molybdenum (0.002%) and is specially designed for flowering and fruiting of the plants.

Concluding, General Hydroponics nutrients brand offers excellent products for your soilless cultures and your gardening as well as your plants can be stress-free again.
